Packages



Please note we do not offer

  • Event photography ie weddings, birth photography, birthday parties, concerts, Christenings
  • In-home backdrop sessions - this does not include Christmas sessions. We occasionally run backdrop sessions when there is enough interest
  • Sunrise or Sunset sessions - we have a very young family and juggling these times with our commitments and sleep is too tricky and there is enough other photographers around who can offer this service


Specials


  • Christmas Minis - This year I'm going to run two days of shoots on Saturday, 14 and 28 November between 10.30 - 2.30pm (with a lunch break in the middle), at our house in the Western Hills, Lower Hutt. It will be the same backdrop as last year with a few new props. This year I am running two packages, as the one size fits all I did last year, didn't really fit all. So here's what we're offering -
  • Packagge 1 - Up to four people - $125 (on sale until Saturday for $100, $25 deposit) 15 min, 5 pics

  • Package 2- Up to six people - $175 (on sale until Saturday for $150, $50 deposit) 25 min, 10 pics. No more than six people as you won't fit in front of my backdrop. No booking is held without T&Cs signed and deposit paid. Return client discount does not apply for Mini sessions. No Sweat Discount is not applicable. Follow the Event on Facebook for updates.
  • No-Sweat Discount (ongoing special) - get 10% off any shoot when you pay the full package at the time of booking. Can not be used in conjunction with vouchers or the return client discount.
  • Return Client Discount (ongoing special) - have you had a photoshoot with us? Great news! That means you can get the return client 15% discount. Cannot be used on mini sessions or sale items with a voucher. Cannot be used in conjunction with vouchers or other discounts.
  • Refer a Friend (ongoing special) - refer our services to a friend and when they book with us and mention your name you get a $50 Rowe & Co Photography voucher which can be used on any session. 
  • Spring Mini Sessions - Spring Mini sessions are held in a local Lower Hutt gardens on 31 October. For $150 you get a 15 minute session for 5 people with 5 photos you get to select with the option to select more. $50 deposit to book, the remainder can be paid in installments but the full amount must be paid two weeks before the shoot. Terms and Conditions must be signed. Mini sessions are held on a particular day and location and cannot be rescheduled unless it's raining.



Mini Sessions


We occasionally run seasonal mini specials like Autumn, Spring and Christmas.


The Mini sessions have a set price, number of photos, date and location and run for a shorter duration than normal shoots. The main difference is the amount of photos the Minis have in the package which will likely be somewhere between 5 - 15 edited digital photos. You will choose from a selection of unedited, watermarked images yourself.


If there is more photos you would like to purchase than what is allocated in your package you will be able to add on additional photos for $10 each or $99 for the whole selection gallery.


Once your selections, and any additional payments have been made we will edit the photos so things like rashes, runny nose, shadows and lighting will be improved, and we will remove the watermark before you can download them. As an added bonus Alex will also choose a few photos from your selections to turn into black and whites at no additional charge!


Mini sessions cannot be rescheduled. The deposit is non-refundable, if you cannot make the session and let us know at least two weeks in advance we will refund the package amount. Less than one weeks' notice no refund will be given.


If you are interested in booking a particular mini session that isn't listed in the current specials please email rowecophotography@gmail.com and we can let you know if they're going ahead this year.


Booking Process


1 - Potential client enquires through the online form, email or directly to us on Messenger

2 - New clients have to sign the T&Cs which requires your email address. Return clients can review the T&Cs to see if they've changed, and will need to provide an email address

3 - Once the T&Cs are signed/email is provided we will email you an invoice for the deposit through Hnry. Deposits need to be paid within 24 hours to hold your booking, unless agreed prior. The email may go into your junk or spam folder so check there if it's not in your inbox. It is important you use the invoice number when paying otherwise I have to chase Hnry to match the payment with the invoice in the backend which can take a few days. Through this system you can pay by credit card as well. No booking is held without T&Cs signed and deposit paid.

4 - Once the deposit is paid we will send you the package invoice with the remaining amount on it. This can be paid in installments or in full two weeks prior to your shoot. If you are late paying the package invoice an automated reminder will be sent to you from Hnry. Please note the second invoice will have a different invoice number.
